She has coached thousands while spearheading enterprise training initiatives, shaping onboarding programs, curriculum development, and professional growth strategies.

Before joining the Focus 3 team, Becky and her family embraced E + R = O daily, constantly asking, “Are we building the skills we need to have for the life we want?” This mindset fueled her passion for continuous improvement and becoming the best version of herself—for her family and those she serves.

Beyond her career, Becky is a devoted wife of 19 years and mother of two teenage sons who all cheer boldly for The Ohio State Buckeyes and The Mizzou Tigers!
