Heather Verity is a seasoned entrepreneur, market strategist, and high-performance business coach with over 35 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has worked with Fortune 250 and Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of industries, including insurance, financial services, athletics, beauty, and professional coaching.

Heather is known for her dynamic leadership style and her unique ability to unlock potential in both individuals and teams. She’s often described as a coach who helps people reach levels of personal and professional success they didn’t think were possible. When asked about her greatest strength, she points to her ability to elevate performance by helping others break through perceived limitations.
In February 2017, Heather was introduced to Focus 3 through a keynote address on The R Factor by founder Tim Kight. Deeply impacted by the message, she became a Certified R Factor Trainer shortly thereafter, beginning a journey that would ultimately shape the next chapter of her leadership legacy.

In 2024, after a five-year battle with prostate cancer, Tim Kight personally selected Heather as his successor. In May of that year, she officially became the owner and CEO of Focus 3.
