About Jennifer
Jennifer is an experienced education consultant and public speaker specializing in education systems, leadership development, and empowering women in leadership roles. As the newest member of the Focus 3 team, she brings a rich and diverse background in education, having served as a classroom teacher, building and district administrator, and most recently, assistant superintendent in an urban Ohio school district. Her extensive experience allows her to connect deeply with the evolving challenges and trends in education.
Originally a follower of Focus 3, Jennifer embraced the power of a systems-based approach to leadership, culture, and behavior—finding success in both her personal and professional life. Now, as a senior education consultant, she channels that passion into facilitating workshops, coaching leaders, and helping organizations create lasting change. She is especially dedicated to supporting women in leadership, advocating for their growth, confidence, and influence in the education space and beyond.
Beyond her professional work, Jennifer is a committed community leader. She serves on the boards of the Marion Community Foundation, Marion Women’s Business Council, Marion Area Counseling Center, and Marion General Hospital-Ohio Health, actively contributing to initiatives that uplift individuals and families.
Jennifer also has a strong passion for bringing leadership and mindset systems like the R Factor into families, helping parents instill growth-oriented habits in their children.
When she’s not working or serving her community, you’ll find Jennifer navigating the joyful chaos of life with her husband, Ryan, and their very active pre-teen daughter.
