About Rita

As the Director of Finance, Rita is responsible for developing initiatives to achieve strategic alignment between operations and finance with an emphasis on P&L management and operations management.

Rita has over 25 years of progressive leadership experience in organizations ranging from start-ups to multi-million-dollar companies. She initiates best practices that align with the organization’s mission, vision, culture and strategy. She embraces challenges and obstacles by converting them to growth and opportunities with a leadership approach that is inclusive and collaborative. Rita believes in the power of the team. She is committed to fostering a teamwork environment while valuing everyone’s contributions.

Rita earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) where she majored in Economics and a minor in Marketing.
