About Tony

As a veteran of the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams, Tony brings a unique experience and mindset to both Focus 3 and our clients. Working at the highest level of Special Operations Command, he was responsible for training, leading, and operating with some of the most talented and driven people that America has to offer. Tony’s military career provided him the opportunity to travel to dozens of countries and interact with people from all around the world. His blend of emotional intelligence and mental toughness makes him an exceptional addition to Focus 3.

A lifelong student and athlete, Tony has a deep passion for understanding how the mental & physical dynamics of individual behavior impact team culture & performance. As an alumni of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and the Joint Special Operations University, Tony has also worked in the fields of risk management and commodity trading.

When Tony is not helping clients develop leaders and build culture, he loves spending time with his Family. Isti and Tony have an 11-year-old Daughter, a 9-year-old Son, a Great Dane, and a Hound Dog at home. Coaching baseball, watching soccer, and chasing dogs is how he spends the bulk of his time away from Focus 3. When time permits, Tony also enjoys golf, grilling, and donating his time to The SEAL Legacy Foundation and The Ronald McDonald House.
