Lead with Clarity. Coach Response. Build a Program That Holds Under Pressure.
This clinic is built for coaches and athletic leaders who want more than motivation and more than theory. It is designed to help you create stronger standards, align your staff, and give your athletes a practical framework for responding to mistakes, adversity, pressure, and change.
Through The R Factor ®, The Performance Pathway™, and Relentless Leadership, you will learn how to lead culture with more intention, coach behavior with more consistency, and build a program that performs better because it responds better. The goal is not just to help your team compete harder. The goal is to help your people think better, communicate better, and execute better when it matters most.
What This Clinic Will Help You Do
The value of this clinic is not just what you will hear. It is what you will be able to apply when you get back to your team, your staff, and your season. These are the leadership and culture outcomes this day is designed to strengthen.
1. Coach Response, Not Just Performance
Learn how to teach athletes and staff to manage The R Factor® so mistakes, pressure, adversity, and momentum swings do not control behavior.
2. Build a Culture Athletes Can Feel
Create standards that go beyond posters and slogans so your athletes experience discipline, accountability, and ownership every day.
3. Align Your Staff Around One Language
Give your coaches and support staff a shared framework for leadership, correction, accountability, and response.
4. Develop Better Leaders Inside Your Program
Help athletes and coaches take ownership of their 20 Square Feet and become cultural multipliers in the locker room, weight room, practice, and competition.
5. Raise Standards Without Losing Trust
Learn how to combine strong relationships with high expectations so your people feel challenged, supported, and accountable.
6. Perform Better Under Pressure
Equip your program with practical tools for handling mistakes, setbacks, change, and adversity with more discipline and composure.

E + R = O
Learn how E+R=O applies to competition, coaching, communication, and adversity so your athletes and staff understand how response shapes outcomes.

The Performance Pathway™
Learn how leadership creates culture, culture drives behavior, and behavior produces results so you can build your program more intentionally.
Relentless Leadership
Learn how to build trust and achieve results through character, competence, connection, clarity, accountability, and support.
Bring Your Staff. Strengthen Your Culture.
Culture gets stronger when the people leading it are aligned. Bring your coaches, coordinators, and support staff so your program can build a common language for discipline, accountability, and response. When more of your leaders hear the same message and apply the same tools, it becomes easier to reinforce standards, coach behavior, and build the kind of consistency that lasts.
Seats are limited, and this is your chance to get in the room with other serious coaches and sports leaders. Group Rates (3+) are available for $250.00 per seat.
