What is The R Factor?
The R Factor is how you manage the one thing you control: your response. Rooted in the powerful equation E+R=O (Event + Response = Outcome), The R Factor helps you master your mindset and elevate your behavior to get better results.
You can’t control every event, but you always control how you respond. And your response shapes the outcomes in your work, relationships, and leadership. R Factor is both a mindset and a skill set that empowers you to respond with discipline in the moments that matter most.
What You’ll Learn
This workshop equips you with the mindset and six key R Factor disciplines to respond with intention, not impulse—so you can perform at your best, no matter the situation.
1. Press Pause
Create space between the event and your response. Slow down, think clearly, and choose discipline over impulse.
2. Get Your Mind Right
Train your mindset to be productive. Manage your focus, self-talk, and emotions so you can respond with clarity and intention.
3. Step Up
Take ownership of your role and your response. Bring the best version of yourself to the moments that matter most.
4. Adjust & Adapt
When things change, skillful leaders respond—not react. Build the flexibility to navigate challenge with purpose.
5. Make a Difference
Use your behavior to be a positive force. Every interaction is a chance to create impact for others.
6. Build Skill
Elite performance requires practice. Learn how to close the gap between what you know and what you do.
