Jennifer is the newest member of the Focus 3 team. She comes to the team with a varied and extensive background in education. She offers experience as a classroom teacher, building and district administrator, and most recently, assistant superintendent in an urban school district in Ohio. This diverse experience gives her the unique ability to relate to current trends in education.
Originally a follower of Focus 3, Jennifer found the passion for the message and found success using a systems approach to leadership, culture, and behavior. Transitioning to a senior education consultant supported her love of facilitating workshops and coaching adults. She has a special interest in supporting women in leadership.
In addition to her work with Focus 3, Jennifer is committed to serving her community. She plays an active role as a board member of the Marion YMCA, Marion Women’s Business Council, Marion Area Counseling Center, and Marion General Hospital-Ohio Health board.
When not working, Jennifer can be found juggling a crazy schedule with a very active daughter and her husband Ryan.
