Stop Asking for Buy-In

Alignment in your culture is dependent on your skill as a leader, not people’s willingness to “buy-in”.

Posters won’t create production. It doesn’t matter how well you’ve written your mission, vision, and values.

Documents don’t build culture—people do.

Declarations don’t build culture—discipline does.

It is a leader’s job to create culture. It is a leader’s job to equip people with strategies and skills to compete and win. It is a leader’s job to earn trust worth following.

Stop asking for buy-in and start leading a culture worth buying into.
